Terms and Conditions:
- Your chosen day and time slot will be reserved for your child.
- Fees are payable weekly or monthly after the sessions have taken place, as agreed. If payment is overdue, future sessions may be placed on hold until payment has been received.
- If a lesson is cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, 50% of the lesson fee will be charged. If a lesson is missed without notice, the full lesson fee will be due.
- If I need to cancel a session, no fee will be charged. I will give as much notice as possible and, where possible, offer an alternative session.
- If your child is unwell, please cancel the lesson or arrange for the session to take place online, as I am immunosuppressed. If a student attends a face-to-face session with an infectious illness, the session will not be able to go ahead, and the full lesson fee will be due.
- Sessions will finish at the agreed time, even if the student arrives late.
- Time will be available after the session for brief feedback to parents or guardians, where required.
- Homework may be set each week where appropriate to support the student’s progress.
- I am contactable between sessions for brief queries and aim to respond to messages within 24 hours.
