Terms and Conditions:
- Your chosen day and time slot will be reserved for your child.
- Fees are due weekly or monthly after the sessions have occurred as agreed. If this is not paid, the following sessions will be placed on hold until payment is made.
- Cancellations must be made a week in advance. If a lesson is cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, 50% of the fee shall be charged. If a lesson is missed with no notice, then the full fee for the session is due.
- If your child is unwell, lessons need to be cancelled or carried out online. If you bring your child to a session with an infectious illness, they will be sent home and the full fee will be due.
- Sessions will end at the stated time, even if the student is late. There will be time after the session to give feedback to parents/guardians.
- Homework tasks can be set each week as required for the student.
- I am contactable between sessions and aim to respond to all messages within 24 hours.
